BOOT CAMPS

You've likely played, or seen children playing the game of telephone.  A line of children stand in a room and one whispers a sentence into the first child's ear. that message then begins to travel down the line being whispered one child at a time.  The last child in line then must relay the message to the leader.  The result is usually hilarious and a far cry from the original message.

 

The same thing happens with other franchise training programs.  They expect you to attend training and then go back to your territory and begin training your employees... On something that you just learned.

You all have big revenue goals and the best way to reach those goals is to have highly trained sales people. But, training sales people is time consuming and not always feasible to do on your own. That's why we're introducing the Honest Abe University Sales Mastery Boot Camp!

 

HAU Sales Mastery Boot Camp is a 3 day, immersive learning program organized by the expert sales trainers at the Honest Abe Roofing Franchise corporate office. Your R.A. will learn everything about being a sales professional with Honest Abe Roofing.

  • How to TRULY "Prevent a NO"

  • Taking Control

HOW IT WORKS
 

Once you have hired a new team member, contact your Franchise Liaison to schedule their enrollment.

 

Details:

 

  • 3 day term

  • Wednesdays-Fridays

  • Your new recruit must have completed all mandatory modules in HAU Online and signed a NDA and Non-Compete.

  • 1 month advanced notice

  • Your cost... DRUM ROLL... $0! - That's right! It is complimentary as part of the Honest Abe Roofing Franchise Benefits Program! (The only thing you'll have to pay for is the hotel accommodations for your employee)
