Updated: Nov 23, 2021
Welcome to the team!
Kyle & Lauren Young (Austin, TX. - Pictured to the left) signed their franchise agreement on September 3rd, 2020, making them the 26th Honest Abe Roofing Franchise Business Partner.
Who are Kyle & Lauren?
The Young's are married with 2 kids. Although the franchise will be run primarily by Kyle, Lauren will play a large role in the company.
Kyle was formerly a contract employee for a cabinet installation company. He has a lot of hands on experience in the construction field. That experience will come in handy when hiring production staff and upholding the standards of the Honest Abe Roofing Executive Installation Process.
Lauren is a professional Educator. She is currently a professor at the university level. Her engaging personality will be an asset to providing the Honest Abe Roofing brand of customer service.
Together they own a short-term real estate company and a boutique, both of which they will continue to operate after their Honest Abe Roofing franchise opens for business.
Why did we approve the Young's?
One word... Attitude!
They have an infectious attitude that exudes success. It's hard not to smile when spending time with them. They work extremely well as a family unit. It's clear that they will support one another through the trials that undoubtedly await them as they venture into this new business. Our most successful Franchise Business Partners are husband/wife teams. With both of them taking this leap together, we know they'll achieve their aspirations.
We choose to award franchise territories to people that posses the following qualities:
Great People Skills
Great Financial Wherewithal
The Young's also have a very unique feature on their resume. They were on a CNBC reality show hosted by JOJO Fletcher (Bachelorette) and Jordan Rodgers (Former NFL Quarterback) called Cash Pad. Watch their episode and you'll see why we approved them!
Why did they choose Honest Abe Roofing?
They were ready to take control of their future by opening a business that catered to the residential market. After looking into a number of franchises they settled on a handyman franchise. After further reflection, they decided to stop the process right before signing their franchise agreement because the opportunity to achieve the financial rewards they aspire to weren't there.
"We're so thankful that the handyman opportunity didn't work out, because that led us to Honest Abe Roofing!" - Lauren
We too are thankful that it didn't work out with the Handyman franchise, because that led them to us!
