If you want to purchase a roofing franchise, you might imagine that you need to have previous experience in the roofing industry. That would be true if you purchased a roofing franchise that doesn't have a systematic training program to teach you everything you will need to know about installing a new roof and repairing a roof. Thankfully, we figured out the training.
Our franchisees have varied backgrounds. Some have home improvement experience, but most do not. Our Inaugural Training is designed to turn even the most novice of individuals into master roofers.
THE BEST PART...
As the owner of your roofing franchise, you DON'T have to do any roofing! Our business model is designed to allow you to WORK ON your business, NOT IN IT. By employing the Partner Crew method, you do not have to have any roofers on staff, but you will still want to know how a roof is installed.
We teach you how to hire the individuals that will be working in your business. Once you find and hire those people you will enroll them in Honest Abe University so they can begin to learn the Executive Installation Process. After they complete their online training, you will send them (virtually or in person) to Boot Camp.

Your entire staff is welcome to attend and watch our corporate trainers deliver this educational content. But even more valuable than watching these webinars is participating by asking questions.
Your production staff will have the ability to interact with individuals that have decades of experience in expertly executing the Executive Installation Process, and in roofing repairs.
